Purpose

Use AI Search to quickly find candidates or job openings using natural language. The AI analyzes the meaning of your search and returns the most relevant matches.


Before You Start

  • AI Search uses semantic search, not exact keyword matching.
  • More detailed descriptions usually provide better results.
  • Results are limited to records you have permission to access.

Steps

Find Candidates

  1. Go to AI Search Assistant.
  2. Select Candidates Finder.
  3. Describe the candidate you are looking for.
  4. Review the matching results.

Examples:

  • Senior Java Developer with Spring Boot experience.
  • Data Engineer with Azure and Databricks knowledge.
  • SAP Consultant with Retail industry experience.

Find Job Openings

  1. Go to AI Search Assistant.
  2. Select Job Openings Finder.
  3. Describe the type of position or project.
  4. Review the suggested job openings.

Examples:

  • Cloud Architect position for AWS migration projects.
  • Senior Data Engineer role with ETL experience.
  • SAP Project requiring Retail expertise.

Important Rules

  • AI Search understands intent and context, not only exact words.
  • Results are ranked by relevance.
  • Match scores help identify the best candidates or job openings.
  • More complete candidate profiles and resumes generate better results.

Common Issues

Issue: No results found

Likely cause: The search is too specific.

How to solve: Use broader descriptions or fewer requirements.


Issue: Expected candidate does not appear

Likely cause: The profile lacks relevant information or access is restricted.

How to solve: Verify candidate information and permissions.


Issue: Results are not exactly what I searched for

Likely cause: AI Search looks for similar concepts and related experience.

How to solve: Add more context and specific requirements to your search.
